We take in consideration that you have not seen the Fine Art Print prior to purchase; we will refund the original amount less 15% for shipping and restocking fee. We are proud of our works and stand behind our products without questions for any item returned in new mint condition within 7 days after delivery. Replacement guarantee: We ship items each year without problems. We will replace at no charge any print damaged in transit after receiving the damaged print back. CUSTOM ORDERS: The receipt of good and valuable consideration in the amount of $_______, or 33 percent of the total recompense for the Work, by the Artist is hereby mutually acknowledged. In return for this deposit, the Artist agrees to prepare the Work and present it to the Commissioner. The Artist will retain this deposit in the event the Commissioner does not accept the Work. The remainder of the total recompense will be remitted to the Artist upon delivery of the Work to the Commissioner, and acceptance by the Commissioner that the Work does in adequate respect fulfill the agreed upon description in this contract. Great care is taken in transporting Custom Pieces. In the event damages occur in transit Pieces will need to be redone as they are one of a kind. Insurance is included in the shipping. Sorry, we do not drop ship or ship to P.O. Box or APO addresses. When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
